Exhibitors - Setting up and breaking down

SETTING UP AND BREAKING DOWN EXHIBITS:

The CTS executive office will provide personnel on site to: register exhibitors, assign exhibit space and assist with logistics for setting up the exhibit space.

Thursday Pulmonary Hypertension Symposium Exhibitors (Club Room)

Exhibitors will have access to set up their space on Thursday @ 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

NOTE: Thursday only Exhibits need to be in place and ready for viewing by Thursday afternoon 1:00 p.m. and at program breaks as listed below:

Thursday, March 12, 2026

1:10 p.m. - 2:10 p.m. Lunch with attendees
4:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Refreshment break with attendees

Exhibits need to be broken down by 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 12th.

Friday and Saturday Exhibitors (De Anza I & II Ballroom)

Exhibitors will have access to set up their space on Thursday @ 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.; on Friday and Saturday mornings @ 6:00 – 7:00 a.m.

NOTE: Friday and Saturday Exhibits need to be in place and ready for viewing by attendees for program registration Friday and Saturday mornings 7:15 - 8:00 a.m. and at program breaks as listed below:
