EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES
The CTS March 2025 Annual Educational Conference is a four day conference entitled 2025 California Thoracic Society Annual Educational Conference & Pulmonary Hypertension Symposium

Day One - Pulmonary Hypertension Symposium - Thursday, March 20, 2024 11:00 a.m. - 6:10 p.m
Day Two – Friday, March 21, 2024 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Day Three – Saturday, March 22, 2024 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m
Day Four - Resident/Fellows Track Symposium - Sunday, March 23, 2025 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m
LOCATION OF MEETING AND EXHIBIT SPACE
The CTS Annual Educational Conference will be held at the Portola Hotel, at the Portola Hotel located at Two Portola Plaza, Monterey, CA 93940.
The CTS has secured a limited number of rooms at the Portola Hotel. For check-in on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 and check-out on Sunday, March 23, 2025, the room rate is $279 per night plus taxes. (Your welcome to come early and stay late, rates cover Sunday March 16TH thru Wednesday March 26th) Room rate expires February 25, 2025.

EXHIBIT SPACE/FEES (SEE EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM BELOW)
Exhibits are restricted to a 24 x 60” table top with two chairs for exhibitor, provided by the CTS, or a pop- up free standing exhibit provided by the exhibitor that occupies the same size foot print as that allowed for a table and chairs. Click for full Exhibitor Guidelines
Additional service charges for electrical, special lights and other special services are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Exhibitors are assigned space based on prior history of CTS support for the CTS 2024 Annual Meeting in Monterey, California.
Exhibitors are required to complete an EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM (below), and provide payment prior to the meeting or on site (space available).
Thursday Pulmonary Hypertension Symposium Exhibitors
The fee for Thursday only exhibit space is $6,000 which includes the table, two chairs and complimentary registration for two representatives who are invited to attend the Pulmonary Hypertension Symposium. Only 8 exhibitor tables available.
Friday and Saturday Exhibitors
The fee for Friday and Saturday exhibit space is $4,500 which includes the table, two chairs and complimentary registration for two representatives who are invited to attend the CTS March Annual Educational Conference program. Exhibitors who participated in 2024 Annual Meeting will receive the discounted fee of $4,000.

SETTING UP AND BREAKING DOWN EXHIBITS:
The CTS executive office will provide personnel on site to: register exhibitors, assign exhibit space and assist with logistics for setting up the exhibit space.

Exhibitors will have access to set up their space on Thursday @ 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
NOTE: Thursday only Exhibits need to be in place and ready for viewing by attendees for program registration Thursday afternoon 1:00 p.m. and at program breaks as listed below:

Exhibits need to be broken down by 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 20th.
Friday and Saturday Exhibitors
Exhibitors will have access to set up their space on Thursday @ 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.; on Friday and Saturday mornings @ 6:00 – 7:00 a.m.
NOTE: Friday and Saturday Exhibits need to be in place and ready for viewing by attendees for program registration Friday and Saturday mornings 7:15 - 8:00 a.m. and at program breaks as listed below:
