The California Thoracic Society and University of Arizona Announce new Educational Webinars planned as CME events
The California Thoracic Society and the University of Arizona are providing a new series of webinars (planned as CME events) that invite regional experts to discuss the latest advances in the fields of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. The topics are pertinent to a wide audience, including academic and community-based Pulmonologists, Critical Care Physicians, Sleep Medicine Specialists, In-Training Fellows and Residents, Respiratory Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician assistants, Pharmacists and other healthcare professionals practicing in the above-mentioned fields.
You are invited to join us for the first webinar scheduled on October 16th from 5:30 - 6:30 pm PT.
Topic: IM Resident Career Development.
The webinar aims to help IM residents who have interest in PCCM fellowship & careers, to learn from PDs, APDs, MDs and other medical professionals from various academic institutions.

If you already have an U of Arizona CloudCME account, please proceed to the Step Two.
If you do not have an U of Arizona CloudCME account, proceed to the Step One.
Step One - Create a U of Arizona CloudCME account and pair your mobile number to your account
- Register for the CloudCME account if you do not have one. There are two options to create you CloudCME account. Pair your mobile number to your account.
- Mobile App (download and register/login)
- Search for the CloudCME® mobile app and download to your Apple or Android device(s).
- Enter the organizational code uarizona (saved by the app for subsequent use).
- Create Your Account.
- To pair you mobile number to your account, you must text your registered email address used in account creation to 1-866-327-3062 to opt-into the text message attendance program (you should receive a confirmation if the pair is successful).
- Website (register/login)
- Visit https://uarizona.cloud-cme.com/default.aspx?formID=13&P=1500 and create a new account.
- To pair you mobile number to your account, you must text your registered email address used in account creation to 1-866-327-3062 to opt-into the text message attendance program (you should receive a confirmation if the pair is successful).
(Both the app and website feature access to your user profile, evaluations, transcripts, calendar of events, and many other features.)

HOW TO CLAIM CREDIT
Submit attendance and claim credit via text msg or mobile app
Attendance can only be submitted 15 mins. prior to the activity start time, during the activity, and up to 24 hours after the activity closes.
- 5 DIGIT ATTENDANCE CODE will be given at the beginning of the zoom webinar.

- Reminder: YOU MUST have a CloudCME account AND a paired mobile number in order to use SMS/text attendance submission.
- There are three options To Submit Attendance:
- SMS/Text
- Text the attendance code to 1-866-327-3062 (Note: the body of the message should only include the attendance code). You will receive a reply message confirming your attendance, or telling you if there is an issue. PLEASE do not ignore the replies.
- Mobile App
- Log in using your registered email address and password.
- Select the Claim Credit menu item.
- Enter the Attendance code and touch Submit.
- Website
- Sign In to the attendee portal website.
- Mouseover or click the My CME menu button.
- Select Claim Credit.
- Enter the Attendance code
- Click the submit button.
- SMS/Text
