EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES

The CTS March 2022 Annual Educational Conference is a three day conference entitled “UPDATES ON THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, LUNG CANCER, SLEEP DISORDERS, AND CLIMATE CHANGE EFFECTS ON LUNG HEALTH; HANDS-ON SKILLS COURSE IN ADVANCED BRONCHOSCOPIC PROCEDURES.”  See the attached program at 2022 March Conference Schedule

Day One  – Friday, March 11, 2022 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Day Two  – Saturday, March 12, 2022 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

LOCATION OF MEETING AND EXHIBIT SPACE

The CTS Annual Educational Conference will be held at the Portola Hotel, at the Portola Hotel located at Two Portola Plaza, Monterey, CA 93940.

The CTS has secured a limited number of rooms at the Portola Hotel. For check-in on Thursday, March 10, 2022 and check-out on Sunday, March 13, 2022, the room rate is $229 per night plus taxes.

EXHIBIT SPACE/FEES (SEE EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM BELOW)

Exhibits are restricted to a 24 x 60” table top with two chairs for exhibitor, provided by the CTS, or a pop- up free standing exhibit provided by the exhibitor that occupies the same size foot print as that allowed for a table and chairs.

The fee for an exhibit space is $3,000 which includes the table, two chairs and complimentary registration for two representatives who are invited to attend the CTS March Annual Educational Conference program.  Exhibitors who participated in 2019-2020 Annual Meetings or CTS Fall 2020 Virtual Conference will receive the discounted fee of $2,750.

Additional service charges for electrical, special lights and other special services are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Exhibitors are assigned space based on prior history of CTS support for both the CTS 2019 Annual Meeting in Monterey, California, and the Fall 2019 Conference in Irvine, CA.

Exhibitors are required to complete an EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM (below), and provide payment prior to the meeting or on site (space available).

SETTING UP AND BREAKING DOWN EXHIBITS:

The CTS executive office will provide personnel on site to: register exhibitors, assign exhibit space and assist with logistics for setting up the exhibit space.

Exhibitors will have access to set up their space on Friday and Saturday mornings @ 6:00 – 7:00 a.m.

NOTE: Exhibits need to be in place and ready for viewing by attendees for program registration Friday and Saturday mornings 7:00-8:00 a.m. and at program breaks as listed below:

Friday, March 11, 2022

  • 10:35 a.m. – 10:50 a.m.
  • 12:20 p.m. – 1:20 p.m. Lunch with attendees
  • 3:50 p.m. – 4:05 p.m.

Saturday, March 12, 2022

  • 10:35 a.m. – 10:50 a.m.
  • 12:20 p.m. – 1:20 p.m. Lunch with attendees

Exhibits need to be broken down at the conclusion of the 1:20 p.m. break on Saturday, March 12th.

SPECIAL NON-CME PROGRAM OPPORTUNITIES

This year, CTS, for an additional opportunity fee, is offering companies on a first come, first serve basis the possibility to support special Non-CME activities.
