EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES

The CTS Fall 2019 Southern California Annual Educational Conference is a two day conference entitled “Critical Care updates: Ventilation liberation, PADIS, PICS and Critical Care Burnout; Review of Thoracic Imaging for Pulmonary and Critical Care Clinicians; Advances in the Diagnosis and Management of Pleural Diseases” . Day One – Friday, October 4, 2019 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m

Day Two – Saturday, October 5, 2019 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

LOCATION OF MEETING AND EXHIBIT SPACE

The California Thoracic Society has secured a limited number of rooms at the Hotel Irvine located at 17900 Jamboree Road, Irvine, CA 92630. For check-in on Thursday, October 3, 2019 and check-out on Sunday, October 6, 2019, the room rate is $149 per night plus taxes. Rooms are available through September 12, 2019.

To make reservations, call the Hotel Irvine at 877-614-2137. You must identify yourself as part of the “California Thoracic Society” to receive your $149 room rate.

EXHIBIT SPACE/FEES (SEE EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM BELOW)

Exhibits are restricted to a 24 x 60” table top with two chairs for exhibitor, provided by the CTS, or a pop- up free standing exhibit provided by the exhibitor that occupies the same size foot print as that allowed for a table and chairs.

The fee for an exhibit space is $2,500 which includes the table, two chairs and complimentary registration for two representatives who are invited to attend the CTS Fall Southern California program. The fee is $2,250 for exhibitors who participated in the 2019 January Conference in Monterey.

Additional service charges for electrical, special lights and other special services are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Exhibitors are assigned space based on prior history of CTS support for both the CTS Fall 2018 Conference in Irvine, CA. and the January 2019 Conference in Monterey.

Exhibitors are required to complete an EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM (below), and provide payment prior to the meeting or on site (space available).

SETTING UP AND BREAKING DOWN EXHIBITS:

The CTS executive office will provide personnel on site to: register exhibitors, assign exhibit space and assist with logistics for setting up the exhibit space.

Exhibitors will have access to set up their space on Friday and Saturday mornings @ 6:00 – 6:30 a.m.

NOTE: Exhibits need to be in place and ready for viewing by attendees for program registration Friday and Saturday mornings 7:00-8:00 a.m. and at program breaks as listed below:

Friday, October 4, 2019

  • 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
  • 9:45 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
  • 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Lunch with attendees
  • 2:00 p.m. – 2:20 p.m.

Saturday, October 5, 2019

  • 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
  • 9:40 a.m. – 9:55 a.m.
  • 12:20 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Lunch with attendees
  • 2:30 p.m. – 2:50 p.m.

Exhibits need to be broken down at the conclusion of the 2:50 p.m. break on Saturday, October 4, 2019.

SPECIAL NON-CME PROGRAM OPPORTUNITIES

This year, CTS, for an additional opportunity fee, is offering companies on a first come, first serve basis the possibility to support special Non-CME activities.
