The CTS Fall Programs offer two educational tracks: (See attached program or CTS web site: www.calthoracic.org)

NOTE: Attendees will register for only one program but Exhibitors will be expected to staff their exhibits for both tracks if they elect to exhibit at the Sunday October 1st Ultrasound Skills Track.

Track One… Saturday, September 30th ADVANCED CLINICAL TRAINING IN COPD
TIME: 7:30 am-4:30 pm

Track Two…Saturday, September 30 – October 1st  ULTRASOUND SKILLS HANDS-ON COURSE
TIME: 7am-5 pm each day


The CTS Programs will be held at the Medical Education and Telemedicine Building (MET) located on the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine Campus, 9500 Gilman Drive, La Jolla, CA. Directions are attached to this package.

Parking is free on the weekend and available at the Gilman Parking Center garage within walking distance to the MET Center and in open lots.

Once you enter the MET center lobby please follow signs to Registration and exhibit hall space.

EXHIBIT SPACE/ FEES (See Exhibitor Registration Form below):

Exhibits are restricted to a 24 x 60” table top with two chairs for exhibitor, provided by the CTS, or a pop- up free standing exhibit provided by the exhibitor that occupies the same size foot print as that allowed for a table and chairs.

The fee for an exhibit space is $1,500 which includes the table, two chairs and complimentary registration for two representatives who are invited to attend the COPD program.

Additional service charges for electrical, special lights and other special services are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Exhibitors are assigned space based on history of CTS support for both the Fall meeting at UCSD and Spring CTS meeting in Carmel, California.

Exhibitors are required to complete an EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM (below), and provide payment prior to the meeting or on site (space available).

Setting Up and Breaking Down Exhibits:

The CTS executive office will provide personnel on site to: register exhibitors, assign exhibit space and assist with logistics for setting up the exhibit space.

Exhibitors will have access to set up their space on Saturday morning @ 6-6:15 am.

NOTE: Exhibits need to be in place and ready for viewing by attendees for program registration and the Exhibitor Breakfast on Saturday morning 7:30-8:00 am and at program breaks as listed below:

COPD Program Breaks, Saturday September 30th

* Lunch 12 -1:00 pm,
* 2:35-2:50 pm,

Ultrasound Skills Course, Saturday, September 30th and October 1st:

NOTE: Due to the intensity of the hands on workshop the maximum number of attendees will be limited to 25 physicians.

Program Breaks for the Ultrasound Skills Course are:

Saturday September 30th

* 10:00 am – 10:20 am
* 12:00 pm – 12:30 pm Lunch with attendees
* 3:00 pm – 3:20 pm

Sunday October 1st – Please indicate on Exhibitor Registration Form if you plan to exhibit .

* 2:00 pm – 2:20 pm

Exhibits need to broken down at the conclusion of the UltraSound program break at 2:20 pm on Sunday October 1st.

SPECIAL NCME Program Opportunity

This year, CTS, for an additional opportunity fee, is offering a company the possibility to support a special NCME Sunrise Breakfast Presentation on a topic and with speaker(s), of their choice on Saturday morning, September 30th from 6:00 am -7:30 am. In addition to the special opportunity fee, the company is also responsible for other expenses related to the presentation including, food, AV, speaker honorarium, and set up if any.

The CTS will provide a room, tables, seating and promotion as mutually agreed to by the CTS and supporter.

In order to avoid any undesirable complaints from attendees the topic and speaker must be approved by the CTS and promoted as a NCME presentation.

Thank you for supporting the CTS by exhibiting at this program. The CTS recognizes the important contribution made by its industry supporters and look forward to seeing you at the CTS Annual Meeting at Carmel, CA in January 2018. Exhibitors who complete advanced registration for this meeting will receive a $500 appreciation discount on their exhibit space.
